Despite it being almost closing time, was served by Tim, who did not rush me and provided outstanding customer service and advice before I made my purchase. Will definitely be going back whenever I need to invest in any substantial health/fitness equipment, as the service I received is a rare thing these days! Thank you kindly Tim."

"John and Tucker helped me a lot - I was looking to buy some plates and dumbbells, including an option for weight storage. I knew what weights I wanted to lift, but space limitations/floor sensitivity and the different types of weights (olympic vs standard, screw in vs rubber hex) meant I wanted a bit of help. Easy-going and professional service from John when I walked in, who answered all of my questions about the different options, given our space and budget considerations. It felt natural talking to John and we had a few good laughs. I felt confident to make the purchase through him and his manager was also helpful when it came to clarifying some discounts on offer. Tucker offered extra ideas while John was putting together a quote and they were easily approachable and knowledgeable. A really warm team and I'm really appreciative John, Tucker and their manager helped me with my weights to the car. If needed, I'm doing my gym shopping here moving forward. A sensible home gym set-up is a fantastic investment. Side note: We finished the set up today and everything fits just right. Fiancé's stamp of approval, and we will be using this for a long time to come. Thanks again!"
