Our multi-disciplinary team of rehabilitation and peer support workers, along with our 24/7 on-site clinical staff, ensure that individuals receive the necessary care and attention they need during their stay.
The average length of stay at our facility is 2-4 weeks, during which time each individual is thoroughly assessed and monitored. Our Mental Health Step Up/Step Down Service in Joondalup is available to anyone living in Western Australia with a mental illness diagnosis. Referrals can be made directly to our service with the consent of the individual, and all referrals will be carefully considered based on our eligibility criteria. We strive to provide feedback on the outcome of each referral in a reasonable time frame.
