Supercheap Auto Osborne Park

"After multiple horrible experiences at the Morley store, I figured I'd give Osborne Park a shot. Called ahead to ensure there were staff available to mix some paint up for me as I didn't want to catch them at a bad time. They took my paint code, left me on hold and then assured me they could do it. I arrived 20 minutes later to then be told by a staff member that because there were multiple different variants of my Honda paint code, that I would need to contact Honda directly with my VIN number to confirm which variant it actually was, and he didn't want to mix it up incase it was wrong. Fair enough. However, they could have saved me the 40 minute round trip, as they had already seen that there were multiple variants and could have warned me in advance, as my code was written down, stuck to the screen and still had the search up on display once I had arrived at the paint mixing section. Now, the real problem lies in that two days prior (Friday) I had already got a can of paint mixed up with this same code I provided. So not only have they wasted my time driving there and back today (Sunday), turns out as there are multiple variants (there were at least 20 on the screen) there is an EXTREMELY high chance that the can from Friday that I have already painted parts with, along with the very expensive clear coat I bought from them in the same transaction, plus the entire can of plastic filler primer I had from last time painting parts has now gone to waste, as it is very highly likely it won't match my car once the new parts have been installed. Complete waste of time, money and my DIY efforts. This company has turned to absolute garbage."

"The staff at Supercheap Auto Osborne Park are very rude and unprofessional I ordered an item and pay for it online for Click and Collect and they say it should be ready to pick up in an hour I had no confirmation after an hour so I went into the store they didn't even pick the order yet so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to come back and tell me they didn't even have the stock in the store so I have to waste another 45 minutes to go and pick it up from another store click and collect should be quick and easy but not at Supercheap Auto"

"Just went in to get a set of roof racks for my subaru - it was Sunday pm so staff will be tired after a long day. First staff member friendly and directed me straight to a staff member who could help. Staff member took me direct to the product, talked me through the install and took the product to check out - which he didnt need to do. Check out staff member then offered to carry product to my car (again he didnt need to but did) great service"
