"The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my girls like their nails, however the experience has left a rather bitter taste. Poor time management, painful filing, cutting my girls finger tips, not even asking what my girls what they wanted, we were in the shop for 2.75hrs watching others walking in & being seen to & the service we'd asked for was for 2 x full set of French tips. It cost us $70 each which it seemed like they just chose a price at the time & said `we've given you discount - usually $80`, like I'm supposed to be grateful. I'm sorry, but we'll never go there again. I hope others experience is better than ours - although I did hear 2 other customers complaining about not getting what they'd asked for. Hmmm."
