"Returned some Asic Kayano 29's to the Karrinyup store (that I had bought at their Albany store). Advised that I had been wearing them for a month before experiencing major discomfort in my right heel. Discovered that the shoe was collapsing at the right hand side of the heel which was causing me the pain. Told the Manager who said that these shoes are supposed to be outward dominant for arch support, asked how long I'd had them. Didn't offer to look up my purchase on the system or inspect the shoe. Advised that I had owned many pairs of Asics (manager interrupted me mid-sentance) that while I'd had this occur on Kayano's after a year and a half of wear, that 30 days of wear didn't seem reasonable for a shoe to last. Especially considering that I only walk and not run in them."

As others have admitted to, went in with the intention of seeing what fit her well and then coming home and buying online but am now going to return to buy from Michael after the service we received (didn't have my purse on me!)
