"Staff member was rude, and unhelpful. The food is not good. Service: No "Hello", "Welcome", "How are you", "Thank you"... Basic manners and customer service. Not even a "What can we get for you?". Just a blank stare of indifference. We asked what the chicken cutlets were like and the boy looked at us like we were stupid, and replied "it's just chicken that's cut". I could barely hear him, as he was speaking so quietly. We made our order, it was not repeated back to us, just directed us to the card machine to pay. Food: Came out looking OK, flavour was poor and the meat was cold. Left a very uneasy feeling in my stomach after eating it. We ordered rice bowls from the menu (not from the heated counter displays). I would expect the menu dishes would be made to order... Evidently, they are not. The place was a dump as well, nobody was cleaning up once customers were finished with their food, empty plates and messy surfaces on every table. Extremely poor experience, I would suggest that others to avoid."
"Filthy tables so we had no where decent to sit, i ended up ordering a beef ramen. The ramen had a terrible, bland and boring broth with a random undercooked brocolli floret floating in the broth with cheap tasting noodles, 2 minute noodles wouldve been better to be honest. I've had real ramen in Japan and this was disgraceful in comparison. Wont be coming back. Shameful"
"For a small restaurant the food was well above average. The service was quick and the food well presented. I got there early so it was reasonably quiet, but as we ate, the customers were starting to pour in. The restaurant is clean and the tables well laid out to keep up for the social distancing. I am a fussy eater and will give an honest opinion of the places I visit, This place is really an 8 star for the tasty food. cleaned all our plates and NO doggy bag required. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience. We'll be back for sure"
"Excellent customer service and delivery. I heard that one of their chefs spent 10 years in Japan learning from the best sushi chefs in the world. They were considered so good that they surpassed their sensei. Would love to order again 10/10"
"Regular customer always have great food, the noodle dishes, spring rolls and spicy tuna especially. Rang them this morning to see if they could do a platter for me within the next 20 mins. They did it per my requests and it was ready by the time I got there! Thanks !"
