"Dinner on a Saturday night. Modern take on Pho Dac Biet (combination beef noodle soup) - served in a 'hot' stone pot. The taste of broth was quality - had a good depth of flavour. The other bowl was wok fried beef rice noodle soup - delicious. Enjoyable dining experience in a modern, clean restaurant. Service was fast, staff attentative. It was good that the lady acknowledged my one feedback in regards to the tripe."
"The food is actually presented nicely but I’m not too sure of the point for the deconstructed pho - you need to put the pho and beef and vege into the hot stone pot yourself. I’m guessing it’s a gimmick and for the dish to look pretty, which is completely fine, if it tastes top notch. The expectation is set too high by the special presentation and the expensive price so that when the food enters my mouth I actually think it’s just ordinary broth and pho. It’s still good pho, with an extra $7 compared to the pho down the streets going into the fancy food presentation."
"Located within the new building (ground floor). Menu is quite simple - mainly pho and soup dishes. The Pho presentation is good; quite classy interiors. Everything comes separated with the pho broth in hot stone bowl and the other ingredients displayed on a tray. The pho broth itself is rich but isn’t overpowering. It leans to the sweeter side! Overall great place!"
