"I gotta always remind myself not matter what, it's never worth going to this store always worth the extra drive to anywhere else, swear they only hire dylexic people and people who are unable to do any task no matter how simple the order is. Legit this one and Richlands maccas are word the worst maccas ever I have never had an order ever made or given correctly"

"Waited 10 minutes for 2 happy meals double quarter and big Mac meals. 3 items were missing when we finally received meals. Tables had not been wiped down for hours. Rubbish across the floor and even worse outside. Rubbish bins were overflowing. Overall, I'm not impressed with this place. Needs a lot of attention. Be better, please. More staff or training please"

"It's disgusting inside and out. It looked like someone dropped a rubbish bag inside the place and just never picked it up. I've been there twice (don't know why I went back after the first time) both time orders were wrong and the food is undescribably bad that ive just thrown it in the bin. Rats wouldn't even eat half of it. And at premium prices for 'fast food' it's an absolute disgrace. Anyway, the picture speaks for itself. I asked for a refund and they asked me to go to the store to collect it? Why should I use my fuel and drive back there to get refunded? So I never got my refund for this either. Absolute grubs, the store should be shut down."

"went through drive through. There was one other car next to me, yet we waited until there were 6 cars in line before getting served. We were both sitting at the window for about 5 minutes with nobody in front. Had a peak into the store and it wasn't even busy, so unsure what the go was. Fries was only partially filled and big mac sauce container was only about a quarter filled. I can't see myself returning here anytime soon as it's definitely not worth the time nor money. UPDATE: Credit where it's due: The team there today really stepped up their game. Went there upon family's request to buy them nuggets. Decided to order extra for myself as well. No issues with the order, quick and smooth process, waited about 5 minutes at the second window this time for my order but could tell they really had their stuff together. Efficient communicating between staff members and also someone came over to assure me that the order wasn't going to be too much longer. They seemed focused and serious about their job. When I received the order itself, everything was present and my bigmac sauce was definitely a lot fuller than the first visit."
