Welcome to Empathic Counselling: Individual & Couples Therapy! Located in the Brisbane suburb of Aspley, our private practice offers counselling and psychotherapy services for individuals and couples. Established in September 2021, we understand that life can be challenging and we are here to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to navigate through difficult times.
At Empathic Counselling, we believe that the most basic human need is to understand and be understood. That's why we prioritize active listening and strive to truly understand our clients. We offer online (video call) and telephone counselling services, making it convenient for individuals and couples across Australia to access our support.
Our approach is client-centred and strengths-based, meaning that we empower you to make positive changes for yourself and prioritize your mental health. We see each client as a whole person, considering all aspects of their inner and outer world. By tailoring our counselling appointments to your specific needs and goals, we integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide effective support.
