All the staff are very helpful, happy and always understanding. The management team greet you with a warm smile and a friendly hello. The room staff are always there for a friendly chat and actually take the time to listen to any concerns that I've had regarding development and milestones. I can't stop raving to all my friends on how amazing this place is!"

"My son had brain injury in the centre, and he then suffered from migraines, vomit, and vision issues. The centre asked my 4 years old son to prove when and where happened exactly. How can a 4 year old know the time and read clock? I thought the centre should be a kid expert. But it's just a cold blood money hunger. I dont expect love, but where is the professional care?"

"We are amazed by the quality of childcare at Flutterbys. The staff are patient, kind and professional. They are always welcoming with friendly smiles and a lovely chat to see how you and your child are. They are always willing to lend a hand to help me take my kids to and from the car when my hands are full. My girls have bonded beautifully with their educators and we are always kept up to date with how they our whether they are having a bad day or a good day we are always notified and kept in the loop. The educators are very supportive in supporting the needs of each and every child they teach. From learning auslan and supporting children with developmental needs they are always willing to help families adjusts and keep routines. My girls have been doing amazing and are well supported in helping with their glasses which isn’t easy for 19 month old toddlers but their educators are persistent I aiding them in keeping their glasses on. The facility is fantastic plenty of shade, room sizes are the largest I have seen in our local area. Flutterbys is definitely worthy of your consideration if you’re looking for a great daycare."
