We understand the financial aspect of healthcare, which is why we offer bulk-billing for children under 16 and existing patients with concession cards (pre-2023 patients). However, please note that there may be out-of-pocket expenses for certain services, and Sunday appointments may have higher fees. All concession card holders, including children, will have an out-of-pocket cost of $30.

Our team of doctors brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Medical Matters. Caroline, a University of Glasgow graduate, has been practicing medicine since 2003 and specializes in general practice. Jim, originally from South Africa, completed his medical degree at the University of Cape Town in 2007 and has interests in minor surgery, joint injection, dermatology, and internal medicine. Dr. Mark, with over 12 years of experience, is skilled in all aspects of general medicine and is fluent in Thai. Neha, who completed her medical training at Queen Mary's University in London, has a keen interest in pediatrics, family medicine, antenatal care, breastfeeding, women's health, and preventative medicine. Dr. Matthew Sheehy, a Brisbane-born GP, deals with a wide range of non-procedural patient health problems and has a particular interest in elderly and migrant health.

You can find us conveniently located in the Murrumba Downs Shopping Centre at the southern end of Dohles Rocks Road. As you enter the car park, we are situated immediately to your left, near Jetts Gym.
