For life-threatening medical presentations such as major trauma, possible sepsis, acute severe pain, suspected stroke, syncope or seizures, moderate to severe head injury, open fractures, spinal trauma, acute mental health, and acute confusion, we advise seeking immediate medical attention at a hospital emergency department.

However, if you have a non-life threatening injury or illness, you can walk into our urgent care centre seven days a week from 8AM to 8PM. It is important to note that general practice and urgent care are two distinct types of medical facilities, each offering different types of healthcare services. However, both facilities have highly skilled general practitioners who provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients.

On the other hand, our urgent care centre, the Minor Accident & Illness Centre, provides fast and convenient care for minor illnesses or injuries. We have available appointments for patients who need to see a general practitioner or nurse practitioner for treatment or testing of COVID-19, influenza, and other respiratory viruses.
