"We had a new kitchen done by Jacaranda Kitchens in 2022, and then because we were so impressed got the vanities in the bathroom and toilet done by them as well. From start to finish the process was exemplary. I can highly recommend the company if I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Jye listened to us and produced fantastic designs, nothing was too much trouble, everything was spelled out cost wise and there were no hidden surprises throughout the process. Brett was amazing as the project manager for the build and installation, he went out of his way to make sure the timber island that was supplied by another company was a perfect fit. The communication too was outstanding at every step. Travis was awesome with the installation, attention to detail and making sure it was all perfect and gave great aftercare advice. The stone benchtops by the A Team again perfect. We are so happy with the overall end product and the quality of the cabinets and the build. We have an amazing kitchen that has wow factor, adds value to our home and was reasonable in cost. These guys have truly embraced the customer experience and are truly a delight to work with. I think one of the key points with Jacaranda kitchens is the drive for customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond from every member of the team to get the perfect result. We would use Jacaranda and the team again in a heart beat."
