"Incredibly rude staff member who essentially told me I couldn't afford anything in the store (I have shopped at Adairs for years and reassured her that price wouldn't be an issue). Was laughed at when I asked about products and even though I was the only customer in the whole store she clearly had absolutely zero interest in providing anything resembling customer service. Not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. Will shop online in future instead. Very disappointing."
"Just bought a children’s quilt cover set from your store at Garden City. I love the cover but wouldn’t rate your service. 1. It was missing the pillow case - I rang the store to try to find out where it was - was offered no apology for it being on display and missing from my purchase. Was asked if I could come back, I really thought it would have been offered to be sent at no expense to me. 2. When I bought the cover I asked the sales assistant if it was on sale like it was on the weekend at another local store, she said no that’s the price. I left the store and looked online and it was on sale and had to go back to tell her. Your sales assistant whilst smiley and personable has made my experience horrible and wasted my time on more than one occasion."
