"Very disappointed with the Aspley store... I warn everyone wait until your item goes on sale before purchase cause garuenteed it will be cheaper before you receive it ... I purchases 2 weeks ago with a 12 week wait ..paid my 35% deposit and now it is on special for $210 less but for some reason, even though I have not received the item or paid for it in full yet (so no refund required) they cannot offer the reduced price. Every company including my own that I have ever dealt with does this. Nothing in their terms and conditions state that while I have not had receipt of the goods that I cannot take advantage of sales.They now have my non refundable $1300 and I am stuck ...can't even cancel the order without losing my deposit .. so disappointed I purchased from such a rude and money hungry company. Note it was on sale prior to my purchase which I was disappointed I missed but was told they don't know when it would be on sale next ..which is fair enough... but at least honour your own sale for items not yet received."

"Shop elsewhere. If I could give our experience 0 stars, I would. We were delivered a faulty lounge, the dust cover was not attached under the lounge and the buttons were all smashed, I’m guessing from the delivery - as we paid $95 to have our brand new lounge thrown and dragged around by two “delivery men”. We have made multiple attempts to arrange a replacement lounge or some form of compensation as Nick Scali want us to accept this “seconds” lounge with some dodgy repairs made to it. The staff instore are rude and very poorly trained, particularly Rudi and Marina, the service centre is based in Manila and have zero authorisation according to them, directing you to the store that will tell you outright that they won’t help you. Positively thrilled that we threw $3000 at such a dodgy company for a “premium product” that quite frankly, I’ve seen better quality in kerbside collection. Still awaiting a resolution."

"Unfortunately, after a purchase of over $3k the customer service was not only rude and combative, but the helpfulness was non-existent. In fact, most of the team sat on the couch on their phones talking to each other. When I spoke about a refund, they did not care one bit because they keep the product and 20% of our money. The delivery process is woeful (The fact we are encouraged to pay the delivery team cash is also a bit bewildering) and all the packaging and crates were left on the street. I also explored the pick-up process but that was even more atrocious with no weekend availability and no option for after 3pm. Considering this is supposed to be a premium retailer the customer experience was rather awful. Would not recommend to anyone to purchase from this company. Further to this we have received a damaged product - This was not only chipped but sealed poorly through manufacturing process and we were told it was not possible to replace it."

"I would strongly advise against purchasing furniture from Nick Scali. My recent order was picked in terrible condition, with one of the pieces completely broken. Despite contacting customer service immediately, I was met with rude and unhelpful representatives who refused to provide a refund or even a replacement piece. It's unbelievable that a company would deliver a product that was so clearly damaged, and then refuse to make it right for their customer. I'm incredibly disappointed and would caution anyone against trusting this company."

"We did two major furniture shopping at this store. The staff have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes when it is busy you have to wait a while for service and the staff rush with their responses. We generally like the quality of the furniture, you expect and get good quality for the price you are paying. Their delivery service has also been good. I would like the delivery drivers to take the packaging for the premium we pay for the furniture and for the delivery. We will continue to shop at the store."
