"Pool installed 12 mo ago. Great time management and design during the build process and everything ran well for the most part. HOWEVER... 1) coping tiles were laid approx 50mm overhang over the concrete base and now have resulted in some snapping. 2) After sales care has been APPALLING. 12 months of calling and emailing with NO reply! 3) they installed the heater and sand filter system in the WRONG position and refused to move it. They tried to say they put it where we asked them to, but three witnesses heard otherwise and are equally appalled as to their response at refusing to relocate the system. When wiping the grout off, it has smeared over the section of tile each side of the grout line. When wiping the grout off, it has smeared over the section of tile each side of the grout line. 5) they smoked on-site and we had to close the doors to stop it wafting in around our 3 young children. During the concrete pour we also watched various workers flick their cigarette butts into the concrete. The son of the owner also worked without a shirt on many days. Addition: in response to this post, the Sunseeker Pools owner has tried to contact us via phone. We missed his calls so he emailed us. When we emailed him back a list of the concerns, he said he completely disagrees with all issues mentioned and that we are not to contact him any more. He has not even come to look at the broken tiles overhanging the concrete or the other issues. We will be escalating this case."
