"A group of work colleagues and I went for afternoon drinks. Admittedly we only booked for 8 but 10 people showed up. I asked for a couple of extra chairs to be moved to our group, the place was only 20% full, but they said no, suggested that some of us stand and if we didn't like it we could leave. So we did and we won't ever come back"
