To make the most out of your experience, we recommend groups of 4-6 people, although the more the merrier! Please note that no more than 6 people will be allowed in a session at any given time to ensure everyone has a fair chance to participate. Working fast and collectively as a team is crucial to finding clues, deciphering puzzles, and unveiling the mysteries. Observation and communication are key to your escape.
If you're up for a challenge, pit your team against other teams and try to beat the record time. However, please keep in mind that the maximum number of players allowed in any given theme room is 6. If you have a larger group, multiple rooms will need to be booked.

"Been here twice now. Recently tried their Monkey Run room with kids. This was a well thought-out room for kids, plenty for them to do. Kids I brought along were a little young for most of the puzzles, I'd say ideal age for this room is 9+."
"Horrible customer service. Did not feel welcome at all. The puzzles were old and outdated. Some clue were faded and hard to read. Communication through walki talki was not ideal, a television is preferred. The game master should not be repeating hints over and over, if your team isn’t getting it then you should be helping them as best you can. Lack of immersion and atmosphere. Do not recommend the haunted academy escape room (the room I took part in), instead go to another place like seraphim escape rooms in the heart of Ipswich city."
"I went to puzzled with my family and there were 4 of us. We arrived a little late to our booking but the guy who ran our session didn’t cut our time short which we appreciated. We chose the Treasure hunter room. The instructions and introduction to the scene weren’t too exciting unlike some other escape rooms we have been to. The room was quite challenging considering it was very hard to see anything with the dim lighting and the torches provided weren’t bright enough. Asking for help was also not very effective at times and the rules were very strict. Overall not a bad experience but probably wouldn’t go back for another one."
