"Frequent lovisa shopper. Went in midday Sunday (17.07.22) and the employee that served me was rude, little to no communication or costumer service, her coworker wished me a lovely day as the worker who served me hardly spoke. She also gave me the purchase wrapped up, no bag. Went in today and another employee was on who was much nicer and gave me a bag for my purchase. As a frequent shopper I am let down by the poor manners from this rude employee."
"Got both my ear lobes pierced, all the ladies there were friendly. I got looked after by Jordana, she was professional with the briefing beforehand and the aftercare. Her confidence and enthusiasm made the experience fun. Highly recommend :)"
"Very proud of this service. We decided to get my ears pierced again, and the workers were absolutely welcoming. The price was a bit expensive, but amazing service. $69.95 for Peircing, 3 sterling silver earrings, sensitive ear spray, longer posts in the earrings and the care card. There was a 3 for $15 range of sterling silver and gold plated earrings that work well for my ears. Im proud of the service, as i got them done at a different place that had dissapointing service, and they got infected both times with the butterfly thing at the back of earring getting stuck in my ear, and i havent gotten a infection from here so far so happy with the service. Workers were highly welcoming, and i hope to come back again for anothing peircing higher."
