"Had close to $10k of works completed by AK at my property. It took several weeks to get a complete and correct quote as the guy who came to the property and talk with me about the job (for $88) was not the person doing up the quote for my job. I had a lot of the storm water drainage redone and I forwarded all the Before You Dig reports to AK. They still ended up severing my internet cable which they never offered to rectify and is still not fixed to this day (1 year later). After the job was done, I found out the hard way that waste removal was not included in the quote. Large slabs of cement, piping, and their own general waste like drink bottles and coffee cups were left dumped in my front yard. It would have been much nicer if during the quote process I was made aware and they had simply asked “do you want a skip bin included or would you like to handle the waste yourself?”. I would have opted for a skip bin. They wanted to charge an additional $800 for removing the waste they left."

The plumbers arrived on time and worked quickly to locate the issue and fix the problem. I appreciated that they also helped to reseal a shower quickly before leaving and didn't try to add on any extra charges. Would definitely recommend AK if you want a job done without any hassle."
