"Chris was the only human voice at 5.30am over the phone (after several local plumbers went to an answering machine) when I had water enveloping my home from a faulty water supply to an ice maker in the fridge. Hearing my desperate tone, this amazing man was there in 10mins. Water was pouring from the top floor to the bottom. He pulled out a fridge the size of a small house and turned off the water supply, presto, emergency controlled. He wouldn't even accept payment. His number will forever live on my fridge."
