"Unacceptable Quality - Avoid at All Costs Not even worth the one stars there. I am utterly appalled by the shockingly poor quality of poultry products from Fresco Sunnypark. This experience has left me with a deep sense of regret for ever considering their products. The drummettes chicken that I purchased on 11/8/2023 was nothing short of a nightmare. When I open the chicken to prepare for cooking immediately as I get home the chicken was emitting a repulsive odor and not suitable for consumption. For a brand that claims to deliver quality and excellence, Fresco has shown a complete disregard for its promises. It's baffling that a company can let its standards sink so low and still expect to retain any shred of credibility. I demand a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter. I want to see real actions taken to address these issues, not empty promises. When I took the issue at your store, not single apology provided to me, even communicating the issue to supervisor and store manager to get your customer complaints hotline seems to be a struggle, perhaps there is no such thing even exist. Keep repeatedly telling me a company policy that I couldn’t be refunded. My goal is to make sure that the bad produce doesn’t get sold so that others won’t have to suffer. Without your refund I’ll live, but eating your bad chicken I may not. Also, by complaining I want the store to be aware there could have been something wrong with how the produce is handled, instead of cooperating to get the bottom of it, they are seems to more interest in keep repeating the company policy to me. With this incident something has gone wrong with your policy to handle your produce. To anyone considering purchasing from Fresco, I strongly advise against it. You're better off spending your hard-earned money elsewhere, where your health and taste buds won't be subjected to such disgraceful treatment. I eagerly await your response to this review, though I have little faith that anything meaningful will come of it."

"Butcher corner have a sign states they close at 8:30pm.We arrived at 8:10pm. No staff attend. The cashier was nice, helping us found the butcher staff. BUT, he said he can’t serve anymore as he will be off on 8:30 and needed to do cleaning now!! Unprofessional and impolite ~"

"Very clean comparing to other asian groceries. No smell at all. Even seafood and meat are fresh. Had a lobster for Christmas dinner last year. Had a good service from them."

"Our first time in this store. And first time in a Fresco shop as well. This place is great for shopping. Great range of products, clean and well laid out aisles and very appealing items arranged to make our shopping trip a pleasant one. The attached pictures say it well, neat and clean. Produce out the front makes browsing fun too. So many items stocked that Woollies around the corner doesn't have. I loved how the live fish in the centre looked out at us almost like they were saying "EAT me, Eat me". Yes, we will definitely be coming back to shop here again."

"A pretty decent variety of seafood considering I came in at 4pm on a Sunday. The meat section is very limited which is a shame but there’s good butchers near by. I love the snacks aisle, that seems to be the winner for me."
