"Disappointing that this store had no full size checkouts open at 4:30pm on a weekday. The range of products was generally good, but the store was very messy. There were no hand wipes at the entrance. The store manager needs to be a bit more hands on and inject some pride into the store"
"Not properly staffed. Frozen section is a mess…open food packets commingled. Also the prices of simple things are dearer than local Coles…had to do a grocery shop there after quite some time and the place has gotten worse. They have goods in the frozen section that have defrosted and then have been refrozen??? Also water from Noosa has a plastic flavour probably due to stock being left in the sun."
"I love shopping at Woolworths Buranda, it has an excellent variety of all products, their fruit and vegetables are top quality and most importantly the staff are lovely. Josh the manager is especially helpful, kind and patient to all customers and treats everyone with respect, he is a valuable asset to this store and I hope he is recognised for all his hard work."
"Not sure what’s wrong with the dark hair, skinny check out lady. She is the most unfriendly and impolite Woolies staff I have ever encountered. I’ve given her at least 10 chances, I show her respect by saying thank you, please and excuse me every time I go through the check out. In return, she says nothing but shows her attitude towards me. If I ever need help, she acts as if I am stupid. She is arrogant, impolite, impatient, inconsiderate and aloof. Every time I told myself she just had a bad day and I need to understand no job is easy. But now I just realised she just hated this job."
