Called back to the store, spoke to two separate staff who obviously have no idea eventually got to the manager but they can’t do anything other than offer an apology. Understandable if they have to leave stuff on the footpath if there is any restrictions to the property, but at least a courtesy phone call or message. Very poor performance!"
