"Went in to exchange a bottle of argon gas. The necessary paperwork and payment was made, but when I presented my empty bottle was told it was a BOC one, and couldn't be used. Fair enough I thought, and they gave me a refund. The young lady who served me was unaware of this issue, but found out when told by another staff member. She is a real asset to this company, being curtious, informative and friendly."

Instead, you can be expected to be followed around the store by a staff member, then be accused of being a thef when you leave regardless of how many thousands of dollars you've previously spent in the shop Looking for an SP socket set as advertised in your catalogues, which are not stocked in store, by the way. I entered the Ipswich total tools store where I was asked if I could be helped I politely replied "Just browsing thanks" I then proced to the hand tool section Looking for SP socket sets which are not stocked in store . I was then followed around the store by a store member. Feeling intimidated by the unnecessary extra attention, I decided to leave the store. Apon leaving the store, I was approached by the following store members and rudely asked to open my jacket being treated like a common criminal. As a paying customer who frequently shopped at the store and has spent thousands of dollars in that store, I am appalled and discussed by the treatment I received and the actions of your staff. being intimidated to the point of feeling uncomfortable wanting to leave then to be accused of theft is not acceptable. I will no longer shop in any total tools establishments and will let as many people I can know the type of treatment one may expect from your staff and encourage as many people as possible to shop for their tools elsewhere. I sincerely hope your store goes into liquidation."
