Unfortunately, we have recently experienced a significant number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which has led us to make the difficult decision to introduce a cancellation fee. While this is not something we want to do, it has become necessary due to the frequency of these occurrences. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but the consistent no-shows and cancellations have had a significant impact on our business.
To ensure that our clients are aware of their appointments and have ample time to reschedule if needed, we send reminder SMS messages at least three days in advance. If you cancel your appointment within this three-day window, there will be no charge. However, if a cancellation occurs within less than three days, a cancellation fee will be applied.
We value our clients and their pets, and we want to provide the best possible service to everyone who walks through our doors. By implementing this cancellation fee, we aim to encourage responsible scheduling and reduce the number of last-minute cancellations, allowing us to better serve all of our clients and their furry companions.
