Our journey began in Oxley back in November 2013, and since then, we have expanded our reach to various locations across Australia. In December 2016, we opened our doors in Clayfield, followed by Ripley in September 2018. The Barracks in Petrie Terrace became home to another Gold Class Nails salon in May 2021, and we further expanded to Yarrabilba in May 2022. In September 2022, we welcomed Woolloongabba to our family, followed by Nundah in October 2022. Most recently, we opened our latest salon in Everton Park in December 2022.

"I feel like the customer service and quality of work has gone downhill lately. While I was sitting getting my nails done, multiple women came in to see if they could make an appointment and the staff member who did my nails would just mutter something to one of the other workers and not actually acknowledge or welcome the potential clients at all, leaving them confused or thinking they hadn't heard them or weren't able to get an appointment. It's not a great way to start an experience at a salon, feeling unwelcome and quickly shoved to a seat without really being welcomed. Also, often times they say they can fit you in but you end up sitting there for 20 minutes before anyone even starts the service."
