Our institution offers acute hospital admission and treatment for adults residing within the Maribyrnong, Hobsons Bay, and Wyndham municipalities. Our goal is to provide compassionate care for individuals experiencing mental illness in the least restrictive environment possible.

Referrals to our adult psychiatric units can be made through the mental health triage service, which operates in a community setting. However, if a person's condition requires intensive treatment, admission to our psychiatric unit will be considered to assist in managing the acute phase of the illness. It is important to note that our unit provides short-term acute treatment, and individuals are discharged as soon as they are well enough. We are committed to supporting their continued recovery in a community setting.

Accessing our unit is convenient and straightforward. You can find us via the Werribee Mercy Hospital ring road, with the Clare Moore Building located opposite the multi-deck car park. If you are arriving by public transport, local bus routes pass outside the hospital, and the Hoppers Crossing Railway Station is just across the road.

For your convenience, Werribee Mercy Hospital offers on-site parking, and our main reception can be reached at 03 8754 3000. The reception operates from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm on weekdays and from 8 am to 8:30 pm on weekends and public holidays.
