We kindly request that if you have a face-to-face session booked but experience cold and flu symptoms or test positive for any illness, please prioritize your health and the health of others by not attending the clinic in person. Instead, we encourage you to attend your appointment via telehealth. Rest assured, face masks are no longer required to be worn within the clinic premises.
We understand the importance of timely access to mental health services. Currently, some of our psychologists have availability for new clients, including provisional psychologist interns working in our Low-Cost Clinic. For those psychologists who are fully booked, we have a waiting list available. If you have a specific preference for a psychologist or require after-hours appointments, please reach out to our reception team at 9375 1585 to discuss your preferences and needs.
An important update regarding Medicare rebates: Starting from 1st January 2023, Medicare now provides rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with an eligible referral, applicable to both face-to-face and telehealth sessions. This ensures that you can receive the care you need while benefiting from Medicare support.
