"Had an appointment with Betty and made another one for a couple of weeks later. Was supposed to get some information by email to read/discuss work on in-between the appointments but it never arrived. It finally was sent after WE sent more than one request and all it was was links to a website. We cancelled our next appointment. I would not consider Betty LGBTIQA+ friendly nor professional in any way. Very disappointed."
