"Very Disappointing experience booked in for a wash blow-dry and straighten. Even though this is not the most expensive service you still hope to be treated like every other client. I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes before I was even greeted by the staff. I was given a form to fill out and while filling it out the staff member was standing rushing me to finish it. I was taken over to the basin which was an experience for sure. The staff member was very rough and there was no head massage at all and while brushing my hair I believe I would have lost a lot of hair in the process as there was no care taken at all. No one in the salon was talking to their clients it was a very cold judgmental environment. If you are going to charge a ridiculous amount for your services, then please provide more of an enjoyable quality experience for your clients no matter the service they are there for. I can get this service for $60 at many hair salons instead of $85 and also feel like I am a valued customer so I will not be back."

I was in tears because the yellow wouldn't tone out at home, I was so upset but Eliza helped put my mind at ease that she could help fix my colour, and she fixed it so well. My hair is toned out of yucky yellow and is more even in colour throughout. Thanks again for your lovely empathetic nature and knowledge of hair. Highly recommended this salon."
