The stylist I had (I believe her name was Jasmine) was amazing. She did a great job on my hair and made me feel super welcomed and taken care of. "I went to get a strawberry blonde/honey blonde. Came out with what I already had with a few blonde foils that look like streaks, I look like ginger spice. I absolutely hate it and I feel so embarrassed. The hairdresser (i believe sherry?) Was rude and asked me what colours she should mix together! She then kept telling me how i should be so happy with my hair. There was never any talk about my hair history or pricing. The fumes burnt my scalp and were so strong they made my eyes water! (Not bleach). For what I paid, I would have gone down the road to CBA and actually got what I wanted."
