After waiting for 2.5hours, I then waited another hour watching other patients go in ahead of me after twice being told by reception I was the next one up. "I come to this medical clinic all the time to have my blood pressure checked and looked after and my experiences have been nothing but fantastic. today I visited the clinic in a lot of pain from a heavy fall taken the day before. I tried to get into casualty at the hospital but was told I had a waiting time of up to 8 hours. So decided to come to this clinic which I trust but after trying to explain to the doctor my predicament he didn't want to listen to my concerns especially from hitting my head forcefully on the concrete from my fall as I was told I had concussion and no responsive for 5-20afyer my fall. So I was very disappointed in my treatment from the doctor at your clinic"
"Really poor service , staff is clueless and ignorant. I had to wait for 5 hours before a doctor picked up my file - the receptionist let others in I wanted to register as a new patient, people ( new patients - was easy to tell as they had to fill out a form) who came in after me were let through ahead of me. Honeslty I wish I could have put in negative stars."
