If you're feeling that something isn't quite right, you've come to the right place. Sometimes we may not even realize that something is amiss until we notice changes in our sleep patterns, increased alcohol consumption, conflicts with our loved ones or colleagues, or a withdrawal from social connections. Our aim is to work with you to identify and address these issues.

Couples therapy is a unique form of treatment that requires a specialized approach. As a Gottman-informed couples therapist, I have completed Level 1 and 2 Gottman Method Couples therapy training, including working with infidelity. I understand the complexities and dynamics that arise within relationships, and I am here to provide the guidance you need to navigate through them.

Adolescence can be a challenging time for young people, with pressures from school, friendships, sexuality, and societal expectations. I have extensive experience in supporting adolescents through these formative years, helping them build resilience and manage their mental health.

In addition to my work with individuals and couples, I also have a background in assisting people to maintain or return to work after experiencing mental health issues. I am a board-approved supervisor and have provided clinical supervision and training to various multi-disciplinary teams.

Together, we will establish healthy boundaries and coping skills to break free from negative patterns and create healthier relationships.

I have over 20 years of experience providing counseling and support to individuals dealing with a range of presenting issues. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and supportive space where you can express yourself freely. Our goal is to create meaningful change that is unique to you.

At Jacqueline Ross Psychology, we accept Medicare, VOCAT, and NDIS referrals (plan or self-managed). Concession rates may also be available for pensioners and Health Care Card holders. Please note that we do not offer Bulk Billing.
