"The idea of seeing a psychologist may seem absurd to some. In fact, I was completely swamped by this notion. That to see a psychologist, meant you had to have some sort of mental illness... Right? Unfortunately, this is not the case at all. Today, 13 sessions into seeing one, I would tell you that regardless of who you are, you should see a psychologist. Because you know what, you might have everything under control, and we all seem too, but that doesn’t mean we’re happy. It simply means were able to survive, but not live, not experience.
