"I have completed the filial therapy program and could not be more satisfied. The program is clear, transparent and ultimately a safe space to learn. My ability to connect with my children has significantly improved- I am learning how to manage bigger feelings and feel I am understanding triggers better now. In this fast paced life, I am now able to allocate some special time with each of my children.
