Our practice is dedicated to creating a non-judgmental and comfortable therapeutic space where significant change can occur. We are committed to providing LGBTIQA inclusive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care.

We offer tailored treatment plans that are based on your unique needs and goals. Our clinicians are trained in a range of evidence-based therapies, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, ensuring that you receive the most effective treatment possible.

Convenience is important to us, which is why we have two practice locations in Melbourne's inner north - Carlton North and Coburg. Both locations are easily accessible via public transport and offer free public parking facilities. Coburg also has free private parking facilities for your convenience.

During your therapy sessions, which typically last approximately 50 minutes, your psychologist will work closely with you to assess your difficulties, life experiences, and therapy goals. This collaborative approach allows for a tailored treatment plan that suits your individual needs. If at any point you feel that the therapeutic relationship is not the right fit for you, our admin team will be happy to support you in finding alternative options.

We understand that affordability is important, which is why our fees range from $120 with a Provisional Psychologist to $210-$265 per session with a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist. While you do not require a referral to see a psychologist, having a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP may entitle you to a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Private health rebates are also available depending on your level of cover.
