Whether you prefer one-on-one sessions, couple counselling, or group programs, we can accommodate your needs through telehealth platforms and telephone. It's worth noting that our group programs have a maximum of six participants, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience.

Our institution provides a comprehensive range of relationship services, including individual counselling, relationship counselling, family therapy, relationship learning programs, family dispute resolution and mediation, family violence prevention programs, VicRoad Safe Driving Program, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). We are dedicated to building positive, safe, and respectful relationships while actively working towards the prevention of violence in any form.

One of our popular programs is "Roadworthy for Dads," a six-week program specifically designed for fathers of babies through to young teenagers. This program helps dads discover the true meaning of fatherhood and develop a positive parenting style. Additionally, we offer "Tuning into Teens," a six-session parenting program catered to parents of teenagers. This program focuses on helping teens develop emotional intelligence and provides valuable insights on effective communication, understanding your teen better, managing difficult emotions, and more. Lastly, our "Parenting After Separation" program is designed to support separated parents in co-parenting effectively, ensuring a successful adjustment to separation while navigating any associated conflicts.
