"Would give zero if I could. The NDIS department of meadow heights are a joke. They boast their coordinators can handle mental health. Leave you with no assistance for three months and only want you to keep re signing paperwork. When you question them, you are dumped as a client with no explanation or call and it is labelled abuse. But do not classify not assisting clients as "abuse to the client". When you say you are taking them to the NDIS commissioner they revoke the decision without speaking to the client or family. Send out police for a welfare check and bombard the client with support workers to make out they are doing their job. You call to discuss and at 4.40pm get laughed at and hung up on. They are rude and dangerous. If you care about your own welfare and loved ones stay away from ANY DVP on Melbourne. Be that the GP, Dentistry, NDIS, podiatry. They will hurt you and your family and do more harm than good. DVP should be shut down and not allowed to run as a business. They are a danger to the public's health and well being."
