Welcome to Finding Wellbeing Art Therapy & Counselling, located in Mill Park, Australia. As a registered Art Therapist (AThR), I am dedicated to providing mental health psychotherapy and counselling services to individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, or disability. My goal is to help you achieve your personal goals and support you on your journey towards wellbeing.
At Finding Wellbeing, I believe in the power of listening and understanding your unique lived experience. Through the use of imagery, I encourage you to explore, express, and gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and experiences. I am passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for all individuals, including those who are neurodivergent, gender diverse, and culturally diverse.
My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy approaches. I strive to provide a nurturing environment where individuals of all genders, sexualities, races, and ethnicities can feel supported and heard.
I also want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which I live and work. The Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation have a cultural history that spans over 60,000 years. I recognize and respect their continuing culture, spiritual practices, and their ongoing connection to and care of the land, waters, animals, people, and community. I pay my respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, their Elders past, present, and emerging.
