"Service department are very friendly, although our car had to go back a few times for warranty issues I wish it was a smoother process as I had to go back for a simple hose a week later as they didn’t stock it. But great viewing of service area and coffee and bus available"
"$330 spent just to find fault, with diagnotic. No parts. Service manager stated that was reasonable ,after i waited 20 minutes just to tell me that. Poor service will not return."
"They made it easy to book my car in for a service and asked were there any additional concerns with the car. Barton's rang me twice to inform me about the car and the bus was on its way to pick me up so I could collect my car. I was sent a video of how the service was going and was filled in about the service in full on payment."
"We have been to several dealerships for test drives, this one turned out to be the best simply because of their staff. Giorgiana was sweet to us. Didnt give 5 stars simply because my car was given with a few minor scratches which they tried to fix and they did most of it. Didnt give me any troubles or issues even though i can be a bit pedantic with these things."
"Travelled all over Brisbane to find a car. Should have started here! Ask for Brad Olsen for used cars he is not pushy and very helpful. He was so helpful we went back the next day and bought another car. Thanks for your help and patience!! They also helped with a lend car while waiting for the cleaning and transfer or our car. We had 2 kids with us who were looked after and given biscuits and drinks while we were doing the paperwork. Best customer service!!!"
