Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Harbour Town

"Disappointed. Booked my car in to get the front two tyres of my car replaced. After being told it would take about an hour they clearly rushed and it was done in 35 minutes. However, both tyres had different tyre pressures and one of the mag rims had damage from a lack of care when putting them on the machines. Seems like the care factor is low which is disappointing for a company carrying a major auto industry name such as Brisgestone"

"2 hours on replacing 2 globes, cost $240 in labor cost?! And failed to fix arm rear inner bushes and damaged very badly, without notifying me the danger of driving on motorways, but still charged me $240 on labor. Failed to put the cover inside the boot due to the loss of the screw."

"Customer service is really not up to standard. I used the online booking system and booked what was available on their calendar. They changed my booking without confirmation to be 2 weeks later than I had personally selected and on an entirely different day/ time slot. I was notified via their auto email booking system. I tried to call them on 5 different occasions to clarify/confirm this and to check the tyes I had booked were indeed suitable for my car. This never eventuated due to them not answering phones. I took the day off work for this appointment and arrived 15 minutes earlier - common courtesy. I was told I had a 2 hour wait time as they were flat out busy, which was entirely understandable. I returned over 2 hours later to see my car still parked exactly where I'd left it. I was informed that the guy I first spoke with had left work early, and the younger guy was now the only one working and that he was about to start on my car next. If this were the case, a quick phone call to let me know they were behind schedule even further than initially stipulated would have been extremely appreciated. I accept that things happen. It's difficult to run a business! I would have been happy to wait that bit longer if notified. However... If you had to move my appointment without a confimation call, can't answer your phones when i try to call and you are that busy, you couldnt even complete the work for the booked in appointment with an extended time period or take the time to call me to let me know things were not running as they should be... HIRE MORE STAFF. Unfortunately, due to a lack of simple customer service, you lost good business. You are certainly not upholding the 'Bridgestone Mission Statement'."
