"Nice and handy from where we live. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. The only thing that can be improved by a long way is the menu. 3 years and exactly the same menu and a lot of dishes are just too oily. You occasionally get a nice steak but if you want chips and mash, the mash is $3 extra. Strange but true. Which is a shame because the staff are absolutely terrific and the venue is very nice. Change the menu and maybe the quality at times and I'd happily give 5 stars."
"First of all, we booked a table 2 hours before our desired time, where there was availability however a larger group would start before us and we acknowledged that it was late notice. Our booking wasn't taken down preceeding my phone call. One half of our party arrived at the "packed' restaurant, which was 10% full if that. Food is good value, but you get what you pay for, basic pub feed, wide variety and the pork belly was good. However, how the chefs simply forget one kids meal in a 4 meal order is beyond me. Definate language barrier with the waitress which also needs addressing for front of house staff. bar staff were nice."
"Food looked okay but was not what was requested. Had ordered three meals. Meat on one was requested well done. Received uncooked bacon on the burger. 2nd meal was steak with sides being egg which were requested to be well cooked. The eggs was running over he plate. The 3rd was vegan. The place doesn't cater for vegans. Some of the food was left on the plates. When I complained the lady who served said, "I told them to cook it that way" no apologies, no refunds. Just Poor customer service."
