Battery World Indooroopilly

"Had to replace a battery in an old English sports car and made a call to David at this branch. Struck an old car enthusiast who could not have been more helpful. Sold me a significantly better battery that should last much better in my car. Took the battery home and got installed over night but the installation was difficult as the polarity of the terminals was opposite and the battery smaller though more powerful than the last one. Was not happy with my installation so returned to David to surrender the old battery for recycling and seek his help in a better installation of the new battery. David went above and beyond carefully reshaping the battery bracket and sorting out the holders and reorganizing the battery leads to fit snugly and securely. This was done whilst I waited and with a perfect outcome. Near enough was not good enough for David. Went away extremely happy with the job well done. Great effort David / Battery World Indooroopilly - thank you!"

"The entire experience was fuss-free. From the time I call them, to the time the battery was replaced, everything was smooth and quick. I was in and out of the workshop in less than 30 minutes. David took care of us and he is also a natural standup comedian. I would not hesitate to recommend them any day. 10/10 for me."

The store was busy when I arrived and Josh had to juggle multiple customers at once but made time for everyone in the shop and made purchasing and installing my battery a seamless process. "Went in today to get a car battery and the staff member who served us was very rude and condescending. We had the old battery with us but needed a quick hand seeing the different options and making sure we grabbed the right one (no fitting required). The staff member was very condescending for the whole interaction, especially when he explained the difference between the 2 differently priced batteries. Obviously more expensive usually equals better quality but he couldn't give any explanation as to why or any differences between the two options. When my partner left to grab two old batteries out of the car for recycling the staff member made me feel very uncomfortable. Asking very condescending questions about other batteries that I might need, it seemed like he was trying to push me into buying more. He then complained about other customers and call out fees, not that I asked. By the end of the interaction I just wanted him to stop talking to me. Either way, we don't need this poor service with all of the other options out there. We won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else dealing with this kind of interaction. I've never had such a bad experience at any of the other leading competitors so we'll just be staying away from Battery World :)"
