"When enquiring about a part over the phone today, the person I talked to was extremely helpful and advised we could have a look at the part when we came in to check it was the right one. Upon entering the store, we were ignored for approx 5 mins. A very aggressive female served us and I can honestly say I have never been treated so poorly in my life. She was extremely unhelpful and rude, we could hear her talking badly about us to what appeared to be a manager. While the price was better than others, and the only reason we didn't walk out. I would not ever return. Even other customers in the store commented how incredibly aggressive and rude she was."
