"Walked in, looked around for a particular product, waited at the counter to be served. And waited, and waited. Was seen by at least 3 staff members but not acknowledged so I walked around a little more, could not find what I was looking for so back to the counter and waited, and waited. Was seen but again was not acknowledged. At least 10 min had passed since I entered the store. Got sick of waiting so I left. Found Repco a few min away. As soon as I walked in, was acknowledged, served, found the product I was looking for and left. All within 10 min. The 10 min I wasted at Bursons was well made up at Repco."
