"We have always used Airport West but won't any more. Last year our driver fell asleep and we waited an hour in a cold empty airport at midnight for him to arrive. This time he was 30 minutes late again. The car he picked us up in was disgusting, covered in dirt and I think dog hair, and smelt of cat urine. I put my mask on as it stank that bad. The driver was in stained dirty track pants. We will drive our own car and park in future. It might be cheap but it isn't a pleasant experience."
"We have used Airport West several times over the years with no worries. Our driver, Lafo, sent a text message the afternoon before pick up and was right on time for a 4am pick up. No probs on collection at Brissy Airport and good communication re waiting area."
"Confirmed flight day before, no mention of having to wait for 4 other passengers with a 1.5 hours wait. Called on arrival at airport and the driver was still 30 mins away. The option to make alternate arrangements and cancel would have been appreciated. When called the office with this solution, Wayne said ‘it’s only a 45 mins wait’."
"Sat waiting outside for an hour we had to ring them to find out where our lift was , no courtesy phone call to say that they were running late. When they arrived the driver proceeded to drive with one hand on the wheel the other holding her phone using the maps. She didn't know where to go to get back out of the estate. When we were not too far away from our destination she proceeded to pick up her mobile again while driving as she had no idea where to go we had to direct her using our phones. So if you are OK having a driver who has to ask her passengers the direction while still driving one handed then go ahead but also allow an extra hour at least for the trip."
"Did not show up. I rang Wayne and he said sorry that he booked it in wrong date. I only spoke to him and booked in the day before. Ended up having to call a taxi. Was late to the airport, luggage did to arrive at destination due to being late. Not impressed and will not recommend. Wayne rang next day to apologise.Not good enough."
