"We paid a lot more for your brand thinking that it's good quality but they failed soon after warranty! So there's no reason to pay more for your brand. In addition, we are required to pay just for one of your technicians to come and inspect it, regardless of whether they fix it or not. It's your poor quality product! Further, your customer service person we spoke to said that it's your 'right' to send a technician to inspect the fault! What about your responsibility to provide your customers with a good quality product?"

Recommended! We bought a dishwasher for $999. TIP: if you want to transport it yourself and save on delivery, bring ropes or similar AND padding, like a blanket!"
