Welcome to BBQ Code, a contemporary Korean BBQ Restaurant located in the heart of Glen Waverley, Australia. As an establishment that specializes in food and meal takeaway, we are dedicated to providing the best quality food at a reasonable price for all of our customers and occasions since 2018.

At BBQ Code, we understand the importance of communal dining and strive to create a dining experience that brings people together. One of our signature dishes is the tender scotch fillet from our beef menu. These neat rectangles of meat are threaded with just enough fat to keep them juicy and flavorful. Whether you are a meat lover or a vegetarian, we have a wide range of options to cater to all dietary preferences.

In 2018, I was blessed with the birth of my third child, a princess. Just days later, I became the proud owner of BBQ Code. As a father of three, my mission is not only to provide delicious food but also to support those in need. Through our partnership with Vinnies Victoria, we aim to share the love that BBQ Code has received and make a positive impact on the lives of children in need.

At BBQ Code, our friendly team members are always ready to assist you. We value our staff and believe that they are our most valuable assets. That is why we have a comprehensive training program aimed at developing future industry leaders. "A fantastic Korean BBQ. Outstanding customer service with attention to cooking our meat, topping up sides and making sure we had what we need. Great quality food. Sides were delicious too. I've never had mash potato as an appetiser before but it worked. The other appetisers were pretty good too."

"You've got a straightforward menu here – basically, it's all about the set menus! You can choose from options like the pork set, beef set, premium beef set, mixed pork and beef set, or go for something from the ala carte. The staff is friendly and helpful, taking care of the cooking and cutting the meat into bite-sized pieces. We opted for the standard beef set, and I must say, for the price, the meat was pretty darn good. Juicy, tender, and well-marinated – it hit the spot for our whole family (two adults, an 8-year-old, and a 4-year-old). Plenty to go around! We also gave their boneless Korean fried chicken a try – not too shabby, but the flavor and sauce could've been a bit better. Still, it didn't leave us entirely disappointed, so not too bad. The restaurant's decor brought back memories of one of the spots we visited in Seoul – nice touch! Oh, and here's a nifty tip: lift up the seat padding, and you've got yourself a little space to stash your jacket. Handy for when you want to enjoy your food without juggling your belongings! Also, pay cash if you would like to avoid 10% surcharge on Sunday and public holidays ! In a nutshell, if you're after a no-fuss place with delicious food and attentive service, this is the spot. Simple, tasty, and with a touch of Seoul vibes – it's worth a visit!"

"Exceptional service and quality ingredients. The team is friendly and helpful. They help you cook it on the hot plates. 2 of the 3 team members showed that extra care as the meat was cooked - they'd move the cook food into the edges and rotate it towards us. We got the premium code to share between 3 people. The meat was good quality and tasted fresh. The 2 selected dishes were also delicious."

"Extremely enjoyable Korean BBQ! Eye fillet and wagyu steak melted in your mouth! Soft, juicy and the homemade salt was elite. Fried chicken (boneless) were tender, well crumbed and tasted really nice. Decently price for the quality too."
