The Drama Hub

Welcome to The Drama Hub, located at 1 Barramul Street, Bulimba, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest, we are dedicated to providing friendly, fun, and supportive group drama classes for school-aged children.

At The Drama Hub, we believe that all children have the right to be imaginative and creative without judgment or assessment. Our intimate and safe class space allows for a maximum of 14 students, ensuring that each individual receives ample time, room to move, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Through our drama classes, students will develop essential life skills that can be applied in their everyday lives, both inside and outside the classroom. These skills include public speaking, social development, team building, personal and professional confidence, and positive social behavior. Our classes also provide a platform for students to overcome personal obstacles such as anxiety, shyness, and working with new groups of people.

One of our esteemed instructors, Tamara, has a wealth of experience in the industry. She has had TV roles, commercials, feature film appearances, and extensive theatre experience. Tamara's passion for drama teaching was ignited during her time as a volunteer drama teacher at Annandale Public School. Inspired by her experiences, she pursued further studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Performance, fulfilling her lifelong goal of teaching drama. Tamara has since completed her Masters of Primary Teaching and continues to share her expertise and passion with her students at The Drama Hub.

We are also fortunate to have Brennan, a talented Year 11 student, as part of our team. Brennan has studied drama, acting, musical theatre, dance, and music for over five years. She is a valued member of the Cleveland High Drama Extension and Musical Theatre Group, as well as a vocalist for a rock band. Brennan's love for character acting and working with children has led her to host children's character parties on weekends. Her ability to connect with her students through shared interests and generational understanding makes her a valuable asset to The Drama Hub, particularly during our School Holiday Programs.
